7. If I had installed the B-Box™ 32-bit instead of the 64-bit, what should I do?

You must remove the 32-bit version first, before installing the B-Box™ 64-bit version.

6. I installed the B-Box™, but it does not work.

To run the B-Box™, you must open it by clicking on Run this program as an administrator. 

B-Box™.exe file - Right click - Property - Compatibility then check the Run this program as an administrator tab. 

If you still have trouble, contact us via Ask B-Box™.

5. I want to delete B-Box™. What should I do?

We are sorry to let you go. 

To delete the B-Box™, go to Control Panels > Installed Programs > Right click B-Box™ ver 1.0.0 > Remove/Modify or open Program Files > B-Box™ > Uninstall.

4. How can I update my B-Box™?

If you have connection to the Internet, you will be notified of new versions that are available, including update notes via B-Box™ push function.

3. I found an error on B-Box™. How can I report this?

Currently, B-Box™ is offered in two languages, Korean and English. 

You may change the language setting of B-Box™ by clicking on the language button, located at the top right corner.
